The Contour Fit,Contour Fitness has a NO RETURN/NO CANCELLATION/NO EXCHANGE/NO REFUND policy, at NO time for any reason do we give refunds, unless it's a mistake on our end.  SERIOUS ORDERS ONLY!!!!! You may contact CUSTOMER SERVICE (202-230-9400) to explain and or discuss any issue you may be having and if it's a mistake on our end it will be fixed immediately.Please be sure of what you are ordering before checking out on the website or making an in store purchase. However if you by chance hit the wrong button or hit the button too many times that issue would be exchanged as long as you notify customer service before the order is sent out.
